Psma avid mesorectal pelvic and retroperitoneal nodes appear metastatic likely disease recurrence. Procedure done on 17th march 22. cystoscopy urethral dilation and bilateral sub capsular orchiectomy. Diagnosis distal bulwark urethral stricture, known carcinoma of prostrate. Tabi tab 50 mg for 60 days. Kindly clear my doubts doctor. 1. What are the chances of cancer cells moving out of prostrate to other parts of body through blood? Removal of both testicles done, whether it would stop further growth of cancer? Doctor opines, chemo and radio therapy not necessary. Tabi is effective after orchiectomy? What will kill the existing cancer cells? Whether ayurvedic medicine works? Kindly suggest effective treatment. I remain grateful to you. G v subba rao.
